He was predeceased by: his parents, John James Urkuski and Laura Urkuski (Keenan); his wife Patricia Ann Urkuski (Robinson); and his brothers, John, Richard, Kenneth, Ronald and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, William N. Urkuski, Jr. (Candel H. Urkuski) of Mohnton and Kelly A. Grainger (Michael K. Grainger) of Douglassville; his grandchildren, Polly, Carly, Jamie, Casey, Cory and Steven; and his sisters, Laura Kilpatrick of Wyomissing and Nancy Buhl of West Palm Beach, Florida.. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
