He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Burkholder and Anna Burkholder (Getz); and his wife Diane Burkholder (Fry). He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Burkholder, Bradley Burkholder and Brett Burkholder; his grandson Quinten Burkholder; and his sister Maryann Sensenig.
