She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire J. Lake (Stawasz) and Paul S. Lake; her husband Terrence J. Kulp, Sr.; her son Ken Kulp (Gloria); and her brother James Lake (Gus).

She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Terry Kulp (Tina) and Christopher Kulp (Tawnecia); her siblings, Theresa "Terri" Winters and David Lake; her grandchildren, Richard, Joe, Corey, Erin, Caitlyn and Logan; and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Elsie, Gracie, Jazlyn and Brayden. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
