He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Reilly and Robert Reilly; his son Cutler Reilly; his sister Vanessa Stollery; his brother-in-law Matthew; and his nieces, Riley and Addison.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shelly Funeral Home (1460 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

“I love ❤️ you Jason! You are at peace now with Grandma & Grandpa. I know how much I will miss you even though 😢 I didn't see you as much as I wish 😔. I wish you came and stayed in Florida! I helped you briefly when you were young. We had so many laughs. You have a beautiful son with a beautiful young lady that will raise him wonderfully.
