He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Blevins, Jennifer Blevins-Smith and Nicole Blevins; his grandchildren, Dave Frey Jr., Tyrone Frey, Derrick Frey, Craig Smith, Tristan, Jade, Slade Shaull, Taten Martin, Timothy Morton III and Summer Weaver; and his sister Donna Irwin (Suzy). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
