He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Smith and Pauline Smith (Keller); his former wives, Lucille Smith (Laucks) and Joyce Smith (Barley); his children, Michael Smith and Sherri Harrison (Barley); and his brothers, Dallas "Jack" Smith and Byron "Craig" Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Saylor); his children, Lori Myers (Hugh), Timothy Smith (Lawanna), Thomas Smith (Kelly), Amy Schwarzer (Paul), Stacey Fuhrman and Susan Smith; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kourtney, Kelsey, SamanthaJo, Quinn, Carter, Jake, Cooper, Kylee, Zander, Destiny, Thomas, Patrick, Tyler and Abby. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
