She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Godfrey; her parents, William Claude and Minnie McDaniel (Flinchbaugh); and her siblings, James McDaniel, Flo "Dolly" Myers and David "Butch" McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Linda A. Zeigler (Curt) of Red Lion, Debra M. Frey (Chuck) of New Cumberland and Michael "Mike" A. Godfrey (Zoe) of York; and her siblings, Bill McDaniel (Rosemary) of Florida, Phyllis "Shorty" Scheffman of Lancaster, Susie Myers of York, JoAnn McCubbin of York and Carolyn Ream (Tom) of Delaware. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services (134 W Broadway, Red Lion, PA 17356-2104). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
