He was predeceased by: his parents, Kerwin W. Mitzel and Deanna L. Mitzel (Hershey); and his girlfriend Lori Horton. He is survived by: his girlfriend Christine Amspacher; his daughter Ruth D. Mitzel of Philadelphia; his sister Teresa Mitzel-Myers of York; his nieces and nephews, Cory Myers, Colby Myers, Chad Mitzel, Eric King, Kelly Mitzel, Ashley Gambold and Melissa King; and his close friend Snook. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Randy's memory.
