He was predeceased by : his parents, Leroy S. Cahoon and Elizabeth Gertrude Cahoon; his stepmother Rachel Cahoon; and his wife Mary Etta Cahoon. He is survived by : his children, Angela Kim Cahoon, David Cameron Cahoon, Dorcas Joel (Dodi) and Paul; his stepchildren, Lisa Jackson and Jay Slagle (Amy); and his siblings, Cary Cahoon, Christopher Cahoon, Alecia Guillett, Joan Stout, Nancy Wynn, Terry Cahoon, Dale Phelps, Karen Casas and Brenda Ambrose. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
