She was predeceased by: her spouse Sterling H. Ferree; and her parents, John S. Brant and Lola M. Brant (Walker). She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Strickler (Stephen) and Denise Ferree; her grandchildren, Brent Strickler (Leslie), Kimberly Viapiano (Paul) and Kelly Cray (Charles); and her great grandchildren, Aliceanna, Meriel, Jemma and Layton.
