She is survived by: her children, Cathy A. Forsythe of Lewistown, Nancy J. Ferster (Kurt) of Nashville, TN and Michael R. Tate of Burnham; and her sister Ruth Rose of Baltimore, MD.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren.
