He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair P. Lash, Sr. and Mary M. Lash (Hunter); and his brother Clair P. "Bud" Lash, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Lash (Prye); his children, Michael Lash (Stephanie) of Burnham, Angela Millisock of Milroy and Ryan Lash of Lewistown; and his sister Patricia M. Fultz (James E.) of McClure. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
