He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth "Dick" Wagner, Sr. and Merejilda Wagner (Grafal); his wife Rev. Liane E. Wagner (Paintner); and his siblings, Millard O. Wagner, Ellsworth L. Wagner, Jr., Willard L. Wagner, Patsy Bonson and Clark E. Wagner.

He is survived by: his daughter Sandra I. Graham (James) of Waxahachie, TX; his granddaughter Heather Pogharian (Jeffrey) of Thornton, PA; his great grandchildren, Cash and Charlie; and his siblings, Daniel K. Wagner of Hollidaysburg and Stella Reiter of Belleville.
