He was predeceased by : his wife Janet (White); and his former life partner Carol A. Orth. He is survived by : his children, Lisa L. (Scott W. Black), Michael R. Orth and Steven Orth; and his sister Shirley Reigner. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
