He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Powell and Mabel Powell (Hartzell); and his sister Alberta Powell. He is survived by: his wife Grace Powell (Beahm); his children, Ann Killby (Kenneth), Matthew Powell (Eve), Lorraine Brock (Steve) and Mark Powell (Melissa); and his siblings, James Powell (late Arletta), George Powell (late Gail) and Mary Ellen Dotson (Erroll). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. - Renfrew (856 Evans City Rd, Renfrew, PA 16053). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Carl's memory to Evans City Volunteer Fire Department or Evans City Public Library.
