Joseph leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Joseph’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joseph will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smelscer and Mildred Marsh Smelscer; and his siblings, Joan Sarver and Jack Smelscer. He is survived by: his wife Doris Pink Smelscer; his sons, Ronald Smelscer (Charlene) and Mark Smelscer (Michelle); and his sisters, Judy Borland and Karen Gerstner. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
