He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O. Wehr and Frances L. Wehr (Doutt); his son-in-law David Kummer; and his brothers-in-law, William Shulz and Craig Burkert.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryll J. Wehr (Koch); his children, Stacey L. Rattigan (Patrick), Penny J. Kummer and Toby L. Wehr (Stacy); his grandchildren, Travis Rattigan, Tyler Rattigan (Kristen), Alyssa Kummer (Kaela Reinhart), Troy Kummer (Kayla Linhart), Justin Karam (Ashley), Kristin Karam and Coltin Wehr; his great grandchildren, Kenleigh Rattigan, Syndey Rattigan, Ava Rattigan, Olivia Rattigan, MaciLyn Kummer and Lilly Kummer; and his siblings, Edward O. Wehr, Jr. (Beverly), Karen Shulz and Rebecca Gitzen (Dan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
