He is survived by: his parents, Ray Dougherty and Loretta Dougherty of Butler, PA; his siblings, Beth Murphy (Joe) of Baltimore, MD and Sean Dougherty (Thomas Woods) of Charlottesville, VA.; his nieces, Courtney Bayuzik of Shepherdstown, WV, Alexandra, Chloe Bayuzik of Martinsburg, WV and Meredith; his nephew JP Murphy of Baltimore, MD; his great-nephew Kai Jackson; and his great-niece Nora Cato. He is also survived by cousins and lifelong friends.
