He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Kachinosky and Celia Kmieciak Kachinosky; his wife Mary Ann Budzyn Kotch; and his siblings, Benjamin, Frank and Connie.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Snodgrass (Roger) of Harmony, Lisa Ames of Tampa, Fla., Richard Kotch, Jr. (Lisa) of Butler and Robert Kotch of Renfrew.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Conrad Roman Catholic Church (125 Buttercup Rd, Meridian, PA 16001). The military honors will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Conrad Roman Catholic Church (125 Buttercup Rd, Meridian, PA 16001).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to All Saints Parish, 128 N. McKean St., Butler, PA 16001.
