He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Stiger and Margaret Stiger; his sister Patricia Eckels; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth "Betty" Setzenfand. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Stiger (Setzenfand); his daughter Kelly Hartman; his son-in-law Kurt Hartman; his grandchildren, Jordyn Zilian and Noah Hartman; his children, Robert Stiger, Terry Stiger and Michelle Stiger; his siblings, Jerome Stiger and Margaret Claus; his friends, Elaine, Kelly, Kurt, Jordyn, Tyler and Noah; Tyler Laughlin. He is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
