He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Miller and Edna May Miller (Bucher); and his brother Charles Miller (Erla) of Long Island, NY. He is survived by: his wife Vi Miller (Hoffman); his son Russell "Rusty" Miller Jr. of Chicora; and his sister Jane Weichey of Butler. He is also survived by five sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law; many nieces and nephews as well as many good friends and neighbors.
