He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Johnson and Lola Johnson (Barnhart); his wife Mary "Kathy" Johnson (McLaughlin); his son Richard E. Baker; and his siblings, Sally St. Clair and James "Rollie" Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Tammera "Tammy" O'Polka (Richard), Holly Dawn Brinker (Duane "Butch" Brinker), Lisa Michelle Brannon (Ed) and Daniel Eric Johnson (Chris); and his former wife Virginia L. Johnson (Cobb). He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and some very special great nieces and nephews.
