We bid farewell to Rita G. Sanford (Renovo, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 4, 2025 at the age of 83. Rita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wheeler and Sybil Wheeler (Fisher); her husband William M. Sanford; her daughter Terri Hauck; her grandson Seth Hauck; and her sister Melody Dynes.
She is survived by: her son Richard W. "Rick"; her daughter-in-law Ann Sanford of Cross Fork; her grandchildren, Jessica (Jeremy Whitmoyer), Shaun (Rebecca Sanford) and Chelsie Hauck; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Eliana, Adelaide and Prudence; her sister Billie; and her brother-in-law Ed Schnars of Lock Haven.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Maxwell Funeral Home (205 5th St, Renovo, PA 17764).
