He is survived by: his wife Caroline Smith (Stewart); his children, Marsha Levinson (Rick) of Brockway and Brian Smith (Melissa) of Reynoldsville; his daughter-in-law Lisa Smith; his grandchildren, K. C. (Kevin), Jason, Brittany, Hannah, Cody, Lucas, Brandi, Alissa and James; and his sister Isabelle Zimmerman of DuBois.
