She is survived by: her husband Henry Clay Faddis; her children, Lori McGinnis of Rices Landing, PA and Timothy Faddis (Melissa) of Fredericktown, PA; her grandchildren, Christopher Faddis (Heather), Ashley Dubovich (Tyler), Kyle Faddis, Andy Faddis, Chelsea McGinnis and Sophia Faddis; her great grandchildren, Clay, Cayson, Lyra, Jovie and Daphne; her daughter Jodi Lynn Faddis; and her brothers, Ted Smouse, Jack Smouse and Doug Smouse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
