He is survived by: his wife Patricia Russell-Black; his children, Dolores Pritchard, Shane Black and Charlotte Friend; and his siblings, Tom West Sr., Jim West, Dana West and Pam Wozny. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Behm Funeral Homes (1477 Jefferson Rd, Jefferson, PA 15344). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Behm Funeral Home (1477 Jefferson Rd, Jefferson, PA 15344).
