Donna Lea Tekavec Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2025, at the age of 73, Donna Lea Tekavec of Rices Landing, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Tekavec and Genevieve Tekavec (Sharpnack). She is survived by: her cousins, Susan Szoyka Samek (John) of Carmichaels, Megan, David Lydic of Uniontown, Ryan, Kelsey Samek of Carmichaels, Garrett, Annah Samek of Carmichaels, Trenton, Colton and Alley; and her brothers, Barry Tekavec (Janice) of Jefferson and Richard Tekavec (Loretta) of Rices Landing.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Yoskovich Funeral Home (300 S Vine St, Carmichaels, PA 15320).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Greene County, Waynesburg, Pa. or to Catnip Acres, Waynesburg.
