She is survived by: her friend Franni; her husband John Francis Kushner; her pets, Kandee, Beebee, Kelly and Nikki; her sister Patty Ford-Roegner (Russell Roegner); her niece Amber Ford Roegner; her children, John Henry Kushner (Janet), Stephanie Anne Lopez (Tony) and Scott Francis Kushner (Berenice); and her grandchildren, Amanda Baird (Cody), Ryan Kushner, Jason Kushner, Jessica De Rose (Anthony), Douglas Lopez, Rachel Lopez, Carson Lopez, Mary Kaitlyn Kushner, Julia Kushner, Tyler Kushner, Dario Duarte and Alonzo Duarte.
