She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Forsthoffer and Eleanor Forsthoffer. She is survived by: her husband Raymond E. Slawecki; and her children, Tania Slawecki (Eugene Bazan) of Lemont, Darren Slawecki (Lodina) of Doylestown and Melissa Huddler of Levittown.
