He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Pavlik and Anna Pavlik (Polak); his wife Jane Iniewicz; and his siblings, Stephen, John, Frank and Serafina.

He is survived by: his children, William S. Pavlik, Jr. (Tracy), Edward Pavlik (Karen), Janet Pavlik and Christine Petrowsky (Gary); his grandchildren, Heather, Kerri, Kyle, Lauren (Jon), Edward, Jessica, Sean and Trevor; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Owen, Alaina and Noah.
