He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kovach and Anne Kokish Kovach; and his wife Winona Porter Kovach. He is survived by: his stepson Brad Bolin of Claysville, PA; his daughter-in-law Michele Dominick; his grandchildren, Chelsea Rotramel, Michael Phillips, Sarah Crouse, Brandon Bolin and Hannah Bolin; and his brother William Kovach Jr.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
