She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leitzel and Gladys Leitzel (Hoffman); her son Travis Stroup; her parents-in-law, Warren and Elsie Stroup; her sisters, Alma Zechman and Geraldine "Gerry" Stroup; and her brothers-in-law, Irvin Zechman, Lester Stroup and Dennis "Denny" Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Richard H. "Rick" Stroup; her children, Curtis Stroup (Annette) of Evendale and AJ Stroup (Heidi) of Evendale; her granddaughters, Kendahl Stroup, Stella Stroup, Olivia Stroup and Elise Stroup; her siblings, Arlene Price (Carl) of McAlisterville, Dave Leitzel (Janice) of Richfield and Gail Hoffman of Northumberland; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn and Sandra Stroup of Evendale. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richfield Community Church (167 Church St, Richfield, PA 17086). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
