He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Willow and Elsie Willow (Bolig); his wife Shirley L. Willow (Stuck); his son Kim E. Willow; and his sister Betty Landis (Reno Landis).
He is survived by: his son Bradley A. Willow of York; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Shaffer (Butch) of Richfield and Beverly Troutman (Chop) of McAlisterville. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
