He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Warhola; and his sister Joan Magalski (Warhola). He is survived by: his brother Thomas Warhola of Toms River; his children, Joann Gaetano (Anthony) of Palm Coast and Robert Warhola (Keri) of Crystal Lake, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Vincent DeLucy, Dante Warhola, Nico Warhola and Rachel DeLucy (Robert Klein). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
