She is survived by: her children, Patricia Heffner of Ridgway, Rebecca Smiley (Dennis) of DuBois, Susan Conway (Chris) of DuBois, Toni Flanders (Rod) of DuBois and Bradley Heffner (Rhonda) of DuBois; and her brothers, Ernie Smith (Doris) of Alverton, PA and Eddie Smith (Marion) of DuBois. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
