Edith T. Fedus Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edith T. Fedus (Ridgway, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edith T. Fedus to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Strauss and Mary Bosnik Strauss; her husband John Fedus; her son Stephen Fedus; and her siblings, John, Frank, Louis, Carl, Albin, Francis Strauss, Mary Poklar, Antoinette Clopp, Anna Parana, Grace Yonosko, Dorothy Moline, Alice Thompson and Martha Laughner.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Fedus (Nancy) of Goose Creek, S. C., Kevin Fedus (Amy) of St. Marys and Karen Tettis (Mike) of Ridgway; her grandchildren, Andrew Fedus (Kristyn), Eric Fedus (Liza), Jacob Leithner (Jordan), LeeAnn Fenton (Ryan), Tony Leithner (Emma), Samantha Fedus and Alex Fedus; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Joshua and Leo Leithner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Krise Funeral Home (130 Center St, Ridgway, PA 15853). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Leo Magnus Church (111 Depot St, Ridgway, PA 15853).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Leo Magnus Church, or to St. Leo School.
