He was predeceased by: his father Robert Moore; his sister Patricia Moore; and his stepsister Betty Deibler. He is survived by: his mother Mae Clark Collins; his children, Stephanie Bell (Mark) of Strattanville, PA and Joshua MeKenny (Zell) of Palm Springs, California; his siblings, Shirley Holben of Brookville, Peg Olson of Warren, PA, Garry Moore (Cathy) of Falls Creek, PA, Brad Moore (Robin) of Reynoldsville, PA and Kevin Moore of DuBois, PA; his half-siblings, Sharon Rapp (George) of Shippenville, PA and Bobby Moore (Heidi) of Sigel, PA; his stepsiblings, Susan Gould (Todd), Karen Snell (Dick) of Brookville, PA and Sammy Barnett of Reynoldsville, PA.; his grandchildren, Hailey Klugh, Tyler Klugh, Lukas Klugh, Rodney Bell and Brooke Bell; and his close friend Joe Wolff of Ridgway. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. (1033 4th Ave, Brockway, PA 15824). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
