Simchick; his children, Laura and Travis Bowes; his brothers, Edward "Bud" and Steven Bowes; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvester, Joseph, Richard Simchick, Cliff Snyder, Tom Mitchell, Barbara Bowes, Maryann Simchick, Lucy Myer, Catherine Snyder, Dorothy Mitchell and Georgiana Simchick.

He is survived by: his children, Aaron Bowes (Colleen) of Kersey and Suzanne Cotter (Joe) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Maddie, Sam, Maria, Talia, Frank and Zelia; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Bowes, Roselyn Simchick, Sandy Myer, Marilyn Bowes and Terry Myer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
