He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Nelson and Mildred Nelson; his wife Eileen T. Nelson; his siblings, Mitzi Henrich (late Charlie), Edward Nelson (late Linda) and Barbara "Bobbie" Donaldson (late Robert); and his grandson Derrick Mahalik.
He is survived by: his children, Donna M. Sepcie (John), Kimberly A. Mahalik and Carl E. Nelson, Jr. (Diane); his sister Vera Sharkey; and his brother-in-law Thomas McNeill (late Eileen).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home (311 N Swarthmore Ave, Ridley Park, PA 19078). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Little Flower Manor, 1201 Springfield Rd., Darby, PA 19023, would be greatly appreciated.
