He is survived by: his fiancée Sarah R. Finkle; his parents, David H. Noah and Patricia K. Noah (Davis); his daughter Chloe M. Noah; and his sisters, Jennifer R. Swartzentruber (Kristof) and Carrie R. Cernetic (Richard). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
