He is survived by: his parents, Philip Francis Lynch Jr. and Karen Buchanan Lynch; his stepmother Francine Seislove Lynch; and his brother Philip Francis Lynch III (Lindsey Tobin). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as his union brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima R. C. Church (1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA 19022).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick's memory may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or to a local MS organization of your choice.
