George Powell Obituary
We announce the death of George Powell of Riegelsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 88. George will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell S. Powell, Sr. and Esther Powell (Grim); and his siblings, Russell S. Powell, Jr. and Jeanne Huie. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughters, Susan Kilpatrick (Richard) and Cynthia Jacobs (Eric); his grandchildren, Elessa Carolyn, Ellyana Georjeanne Jacobs and Sean Powell Kilpatrick; and his stepgrandchildren, Joseph and Lindsay Kilpatrick. He is also survived by nephews and a niece.
