She is survived by: her son Ronald Lewis (Martha) of Shenandoah Heights; her brother Walter Makowski (Mary Kay) of Bear Gap; her grandchildren, Damien Lewis (Haley), Carly (Edward Dillon), Nazareth and Zachary Lewis of Tempe, AZ.; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Stevens, Mac Lewis and Theo Dillon.
