He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Mays (Gardinsky) and Ben "Red" Mays; and his brother Bernie Mays. He is survived by: his children, Jordan Mays (Savanna) and Kassie Bowman (Corey); the parent of his children Angel Mays; his stepson David Moses; and his grandchildren, Reagan Mays, Archer Bowman and Aubrey Moses.
