He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Bernotas. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Bernotas (Beenick); his daughters, Michelene Bernotas, Victoria Bernotas and Jessica Bernotas; and his siblings, Ralph Bernotas Jr., Susan Morgan, Frank Bernotas, Diane Rumbel and Barbara Glasbrenner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
