He is survived by: his children, William Neal Jr. (Kim) of Tioga, Ronald Neal (Lisa) of Ogdensburg, Michael Neal (Paula) of Liberty, Chad Neal (Jennifer) and Sally Neal of Roaring Branch; his grandchildren, Travis, Alane (Dylan), Chad Jr. (Autumn), Madisyn (Gavin) and Danielle; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Reagan; his siblings, Jean Young (Carl) of Sylvania and Bud Neal of Roaring Branch; and his sister-in-law Mary Campbell of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mr. Neals name may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
