He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Fluke and Lorretta M. Fluke (Batzel); his wife Connie J. (Schmerbeck); and his brothers, R. Dean Fluke of James Creek, Donald of Everett and Gerald of James Creek.

He is survived by: his children, Brenda Fluke-Garber (Doug) of Martinsburg, Karen Cottle (John) of Woodbury, Tammy Fluke of Roaring Spring and Brian Fluke (Sarah Eller) of Fishers, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Hayley Norris (JC), Alli Stolarski (Jake), Abby Garber (Chandler Lewis), Gabe and Liam Fluke; his great grandchild Stella Norris; his stepgrandchildren, Justine Turcotte (Jeremy), Jessica Caraker (James) and Jaleisa Dick; and his sister-in-law Lois Fluke of James Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Brethren (901 Bloomfield Rd, Roaring Spring, PA 16673). A masonic service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
