He was predeceased by : his parents, Ross Hoover and Mary Hoover (Stoner); and his siblings, Robert, Lawrence, Darlene and Dottie.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Teeter; his children, Chris (Paula), Wade (Jaylene), Lee (Kim), Brent (Melonie) and Crystal (Timothy); his grandchildren, Dustin, Phillip, Rachel, Shayla, Dominic and Gabriel; and his siblings, Gene, Glenn, Dale, Max, Gary Lee, Myron and Karol.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to his church or your local humane society.
