He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dale and Florence E. Baker (Knisely); and his brother Marvin Dale Baker. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Baker (Stitt); his children, Bradley Baker (Nichole) of Tyrone, Brandon Baker (Rachel) of Rockford, OH and Janell Yingling (Barry) of Curryville; and his sisters, Mary Detwiler of Altoona and Willa Saylor of Newburg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
