He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Z. Rissinger and Faye E. Rissinger (Rank); his wife Ruth Ann Rissinger (Watson); and his siblings, Glenna Stamm and Lynn Rissinger (Betty Shultz).
He is survived by: his sister Emily Weaver (Carl) of Bethel.
